Foundry

A thriving artist collective, close to 10 years in the running, Foundry exists to support creatives living and working on Gunaikurnai country. All artwork stocked at Foundry is handmade, unique, sustainable, high-quality & beautiful. We operate as a non-for-profit entity, with a team of enthusiastic volunteers undertaking shopkeeping in exchange for a lower commission rate on sales. Currently we support over 90 local makers and creatives, making Foundry a richly diverse place to foster creativity and connection in the community.          Visitors are treated to a curated collection of handcrafted jewellery, bespoke homeware, vintage clothing, sustainable lifestyle goods, handmade children's toys, and unique artwork, prints and cards.

Our market stall is a more curated selection with works from 6 key artists:
Jill Hermans - Recycled Sterling Silver & Enamel Contemporary Jewellery
Deanne Howlett - Marine Debris range of Contemporary Jewellery
Julia Trizise - Fabric & Wood sculptures
Penny Gray - Cyanotype art & fabric creations
